Opening Hours
The clubhouse and course will normally be open to season ticket holders, pay as you play customers, guests and visitors every day. In cases of severe weather, customers should call the centre to check if the course is open. Notices will be posted on our Facebook page and on our website at website as soon as possible.
Car Parking
Golf centre customers must park their vehicles in the designated areas in the car park. Vehicles must not be parked in any areas that would restrict access for emergency vehicles or goods deliveries.
Cars may not be parked in the car park other than for the use of the Golf Centre’s facilities. Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk.
No trade vehicles, vans or lorries are permitted to park in the car park unless authorised by the Golf Centre management for deliveries.
General conduct
Customers the facilities must behave quietly, courteously and politely at all times and shall not disturb or cause a nuisance to any other customers or to any member of staff.
Smoking is not allowed in any part of the Clubhouse or on the golf course. Customers may not bring alcoholic, narcotics or other mood-altering substances onto the premises; or use the facilities while under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or other mood-altering substance.
Dress Code
Clean and smart dress is expected on the main course and rugby or football shirts are not allowed. Golf shoes are prohibited in the club house.
Customers may not use the golf courses or the club house without wearing a top.
We reserve the right to refuse admission or ask anyone to leave if we believe they are in breach of our rules of conduct.
Dogs
No customers shall bring a dog (other than a guide dog) into the Clubhouse or take a dog around the golf course while playing.
Mobile phones
Customers are requested to refrain from using mobile phones and personal radios on the golf course except in an emergency.
Damage or Loss of Property
Stockwood Park Golf Centre and Active Luton will not be responsible for the loss or damage to any golf equipment or other article of any description brought to the Golf Centre by customers.
Any Club Member damaging the property of the Golf Centre will be called upon to make good the damage by meeting the cost of a replacement.
The Club will not be responsible for any accident or injury occurring to customers, guests or visitors while in the Clubhouse, on the golf course or any part of the Golf Centre premises.
Members are advised to have adequate insurance cover for any incident, which may arise.
